FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a local man after they said he stole a van Tuesday from his former girlfriend’s home.Police arrested Eduar Valle, 32, at 2:47 p.m., police spokeswoman Lt. Patricia Grigas said.Valle and his girlfriend had broken up earlier this week. Police say that on Tuesday, Valle went to the woman's Winthrop Street home and took a van.
