Framingham's China Gourmet owner to face retrial in evidence tampering case

“We certainly consider his (Zhang's) conduct egregious, especially in endangering our officers and the public," said Southborough Police Chief Kenneth Paulhus. "We hope we’re successful in the retrial.”
