FRAMINGHAM – An Ashland man hit his friend in the head with a baseball bat on Tuesday and stabbed him in the hand during an argument at a Beaver Street apartment, authorities said.Police arrested Javier Baez, 33, after the 2 a.m. incident.According to a Framingham Police report, the victim was in his apartment drinking with his girlfriend and Baez, whom he knew as Anders Silva.
