FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman was arrested on a charge drunken driving following a crash on Howard Street Wednesday night, police said.Police arrested Karen A. McDonald, 57, after the 9:45 p.m. crash.Police also arrested two other people – Sara Blank, 22, of Marlborough, and Jonel Reyes, 22, of Framingham, after Blank sped through detours put up by police while investigating the crash, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Thursday.
