FRAMINGHAM - Police arrested Joseph Bushfan, stepson of Framingham Police shooting victim Eurie Stamps Sr., on Tuesday after they allegedly found a knife in his waistband during a traffic stop.During an arraignment at Framingham District Court on Wednesday, Judge David Locke ordered Bushfan, 25, held on $1,000 bail after police said he concealed a knife and did not cooperate during a traffic stop.
