FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was hit in the leg with a baseball bat and three men stole his phone earlier this week, police said.The unidentified man told police he was robbed sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning as he walked through the Pelham apartments, police spokesman Lt.
