NORTHBOROUGH — Police arrested a 24-year-old Hopkinton man Thursday morning who admitted to breaking into more than two dozen cars in the southern part of town over a four-night period. Joshua A. Dover, of 87 Downey St., was arrested around 4 a.m. on Hamilton Road and charged with nine counts of breaking and entering in nighttime for felony, three counts of larceny over $250 and six counts of larceny under $250.
