ASHLAND - A man and his dog were displaced Saturday after clothing left on top of a stove sparked a kitchen fire that left roughly $50,000 in damages.The Ashland Fire Department received a call at 10:05 p.m. reporting a fire at 31 Bellview Heights, said Chief Scott Boothby.According to Lt.
