FRAMINGHAM — A Framingham woman being discharged from the hospital stole the phone of the security guard who was helping her gather all of her things together, police said.Police arrested Jennifer Germain, 40, after she was caught stealing the cellphone on Wednesday on a security camera at the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Deputy Police Chief Ron Brandolini said.The security guard was charging his cellphone on the security desk when Germain was discharged.
