MARLBOROUGH – A city man was arrested Wednesday night after police say he exposed his buttocks to passing cars at the intersection of Lincoln and Silver streets and tried to assault motorists.Shortly after 10 p.m., police received several reports of a man – later identified as Brian Meadows – walking in and out of traffic at the intersection of Lincoln and Silver streets, yelling at cars and banging on their hoods, said Police Detective Scott DeCiero.
