FRAMINGHAM – A New York man accused of stealing more than 100 scratch tickets from a Union Avenue gas station last week was caught because he turned in the winners, police said.Police arrested Robert F. Wagner Jr., 36, on Saturday at 10 a.m. after an investigation, police spokesman Lt.
