MEDWAY - Police are asking for the public’s help in returning a Masonic ring to its rightful owner after a Medway man suspected of breaking into vehicles was found with it.The ring was found on Jeffrey Piccinin, 44, of 10 Franklin St., who was arrested Monday afternoon on charges stemming from an alleged car break.Police have since been searching for the ring’s owner, and has included inquiries to several area lodges and pawn shops that have had Masonic rings [...]
