FRAMINGHAM – An argument about a car being parked near a fire hydrant led to two people being arrested Thursday, two cars being vandalized and one person being hit by a car, authorities said.Police arrested Esmira Feliz Jimenez, 38, of Milford, and Diego Ramirez, 23, of Framingham, after the 6:15 p.m. incident on Taylor Street, authorities said.On Thursday, Jimenez went to Taylor Street to visit her grandmother.
