MARLBOROUGH – Two people are scheduled to be arraigned today in Marlborough District Court on heroin and cocaine charges.Police arrested Sarah P. Holm, 20, of 10 Oakview St., Worcester, and Scott P. Martin, 23, of 336 Old Central St., Berlin, on Wednesday at 5:22 p.m. after an investigation.Detectives had been investigating heroin dealing in the city.
