FRAMINGHAM – A routine traffic stop on Thursday led to the arrest of a Framingham man on drug and weapon charges, police said.Police arrested Jaime Crispin, 25, who was a passenger in a car pulled over for a traffic violation on Hollis Street, at 7:30 p.m.An officer pulled over a Honda Civic that did not stop to let a child cross at a crosswalk, and when the officer noticed the passenger – Crispin – was not wearing a seat belt, he asked for his name.
