FRAMINGHAM – Police say a Framingham woman viciously beat another woman on the downtown common on Saturday, leaving the victim's face covered with bruises, authorities said on Tuesday.Police arrested Dawn Sampson, 37, at 5 p.m. after they witnessed the beating, according to a Framingham Police report filed in Framingham District Court on Tuesday.On Saturday, a man flagged down officers and told them there was a fight on the common and they should go there to break it up.
