FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman hit another woman in the face and arm with a baseball bat on Monday after the victim told a store manager that she was shoplifting, authorities said.Police arrested Nitza Morales, 38, after the 1:45 p.m. assault at Savers on Cochituate Road.Several officers went to Savers after a report of a fight.
