FRAMINGHAM – Police are looking for a man who they said mugged an Ashland man on Wednesday from the back of a bicycle.Police put out an alert to surrounding communities after the 12:49 a.m. robbery on Hollis Street, but they did not locate the suspect, police spokesman Lt.
