FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested on disorderly conduct charges after he reportedly drank a "pint of alcohol" ahead of a mid-afternoon doctor appointment Tuesday.David Petros, 59, of 58 Clinton St., was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said.
