FRAMINGHAM – Police are searching for a man they said repeatedly punched a cab driver on Saturday after refusing to pay a taxi fare.The unidentified man fled after the 8:20 p.m. assault on Kendall Street, police spokesman Lt. Stephen Cronin said on Monday.The victim was a Boston cab driver, who called 911 after the assault. He told police that he had picked up his assailant at South Station in Boston.
