FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man slit another man’s throat so deeply during a fight on Sunday that the man’s trachea was visible, a prosecutor said in Framingham District Court on Sunday.Police arrested Odward Ortiz, 29, at 11:30 a.m., two hours after the alleged assault.
