FRAMINGHAM – A homeless man repeatedly punched a woman and extinguished a cigarette on her after she refused to have sex with him, a prosecutor said Tuesday in Framingham District Court.Police arrested Richard Brown on Monday at 3:37 p.m., charging him with the Friday assault, prosecutor Tim Cochrane said during Brown’s arraignment.The alleged victim reported the assault on Friday.
