FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man told police he fled a crash scene on Salem End Road on Sunday because he was scared, authorities said.Mauricio Santos, 36, had no driver’s license and several warrants for his arrest, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Monday.Police went to the area near 84 Salem End Road around 7:50 p.m. and found a heavily damaged van that had crashed into a tree.
