FRAMINGHAM - A father and son were arraigned Tuesday on unlawful gun possession charges after a bail argument that focused on who owned the handgun police recovered.Timothy McKinnon, 28, identified as homeless, and his father, Jeffrey McKinnon, 45, of 56 East Main St., Milford, were arraigned on one count carrying a gun without a license and one count carrying ammunition without a license at Framingham District Court Tuesday.
