HOPKINTON — Selectmen gave Police Chief Ed Lee permission Wednesday night to suspend Officer John Moran for up to 30 days without pay for violating department policy during an August traffic stop, which included having a 16-year-old girl in his cruiser while chasing a fleeing suspect.
