FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man has been held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing as he faces charges he punched, strangled and threatened to kill his wife.Miguel Perez, 48, of 18B Carlson Road, was charged with domestic strangulation, two counts of domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation and threat to commit a crime.
