FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man is accused of holding his wife in their apartment against her will on Wednesday, authorities said.Police arrested Waldemar Gramajo-Lopez, 39, at 8:45 p.m., about two hours after his wife reported the domestic assault, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Thursday.Gramajo-Lopez’s wife went to the police station at 6:58 p.m. to report the assault.
