Two-alarm fire leaves Hopkinton home uninhabitable

HOPKINTON – Investigators are still probing for a cause of a two-alarm house fire that heavily damaged a Wood Street home on Thursday, fire authorities said.The two-story home at 221 Wood St., is uninhabitable after the 2:17 p.m. fire, Deputy Fire Chief Bill Miller said.The fire department was alerted by several 911 calls.
