FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman threw a man out of his wheelchair on Tuesday, bit her boyfriend and attacked a female friend in an incident caught on video, authorities said.Police arrested Ashley Kelly, 24, at 10:15 p.m. outside the Rte. 9 apartment where the assault occurred, prosecutor Leigh Ann Johnson said during Kelly’s Framingham District Court arraignment on Wednesday.On Tuesday, police went to 1630 Worcester Road after a woman called 911.
