MEDWAY - A local man is in custody after allegedly threatening a neighbor with a knife and barricading himself in his house - a situation that had police block off several roads Wednesday afternoon.Russell McCarter, 63, of 3 Golden Rod Drive, was arrested as a result of the incident, police said.
