FRAMINGHAM - A Chelsea man’s dog died in the backseat of a hot car at a Hopkinton State Park parking lot on Wednesday while the man allegedly assaulted seven different people, including a teenager and a pregnant woman, authorities said.Ashland police arrested Alberto Carmenatty, 29, after the 1:50 p.m. incident at the park.
