HAMPTON, N.H. – An Ashland man is accused of mugging another person in New Hampshire and then fighting with police as they tried to arrest him.Hampton police arrested Jose Baez, 34, of Ashland, on Wednesday.According to a release, Baez “did attempt to obtain control of property of another by using force.” The incident occurred on Ocean Boulevard, and after the robbery, Baez ran away.
