ASHLAND – In an argument over a prime parking spot at a packed supermarket on Saturday, a Framingham man threatened another man with a knife, police said.Ashland Police arrested James Rose Jr., 47, after the 1:37 p.m. incident at Market Basket on Pond Street, police Lt.
