FRAMINGHAM – A Shrewsbury woman was drunk on Saturday when she drove her car over a curb and crashed into cars parked on Water Street, police said.Police arrested Cassandra Sweeney, 31, after the 1:35 a.m. crash, police spokeswoman Lt.
