A Sudbury man admitted to police that he stole his mother’s credit card last year and used it to get cash, authorities said.Edmund A. Elkins, 21, pleaded not guilty at his Framingham District Court arraignment on Wednesday.According to a Sudbury Police report, Elkins mother called police on Dec. 3.
