MARLBOROUGH – Richer Elementary School Principal Alyssa Tully was arrested Thursday after police say she crashed her car while driving drunk on Phelps Street.A motorist called police after seeing a Chrysler Pacifica off the road and facing the wrong direction on Phelps Street shortly before 5:30 p.m. Police found Tully, the car's only occupant, in the driver’s seat.
