MILFORD - An intense two-alarm fire that leveled a garage and destroyed three vehicles spared three nearby homes on Christmas Eve.The fire, in a garage on the corner of Chestnut and Franklin Street, began at 11:18 a.m., according to fire officials.A four-bay garage was completely engulfed, as were its contents.Lt.
